At Celebrate My Day (CMD), we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our highly personalized and advance-reserved experiences, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy:
✅ Standard Cancellation Terms
- If you cancel 7 days or more before your scheduled check-in date: You will receive a 50% refund of the rent amount
(excluding the non-refundable token/advance payment)..
- If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date: No refund will be issued.
- Token/Advance Amount:
All token or advance payments made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation..

In rare cases such as:
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
- Medical emergencies (with supporting documents)
CMD may consider offering a partial refund (up to 50% of the rent) at its sole discretion. However, the token amount and fees for any third-party services already booked will not be refunded under any circumstance.
🎉 Custom Event & Celebration Bookings
Bookings made for personalized experiences such as:
- Proposals - Anniversaries - Birthdays - Weddings - Corporate retreats
...require advance planning, vendor commitments, and date blocking. All payments for such bookings are non-refundable, including but not limited to decor, catering, entertainment, photography, and any service add-ons.
